This 13-mile Jackson Hole scenic float trip on the Snake River begins west of Jackson Hole at the Wilson Bridge and ends just south of the town of Jackson. This section of the Snake River winds through some of the most scenic wilderness areas in the West, with the magnificent Teton Mountains constantly in view. Bald eagles, osprey, and pelicans are in abundance on this stretch of the river, as well as moose, deer, and elk that wander down to the river for a drink.
This float trip is a memorable experience for the whole family. We offer a relaxed experience with personalized, friendly attention to every guest. All our river guides have spent many years on the river and love to share their knowledge about wildlife, local lore, and much more with you.

The custom seats in our boat help provide back support for Seniors. The section of river we float is class 1-2, which does not contain big whitewater rapids. Heat, elevation, and allergies/medical conditions are some of the biggest concerns. It is important to drink plenty of water throughout the float. Choosing a morning or evening trip may help avoid the heat of the day. Please let us know of any allergies or medical conditions prior to getting in the boat.
Dress the same as you would for any outdoor activity. The mornings are generally cool although it warms up rapidly as the sun rises in the sky. It’s better to be overdressed in the morning as you can shed layers as the day goes on. We provide rain parkas should we encounter a shower on the river as well as waterproof blankets.
